Additional Costs
Set up admin agency fee to the landlord
£ 150 plus vat
This fee is charged to all landlords to cover charges for up to 2 tenants for referencing this covering their ID Checks, Right to Rent, Credit Check, current employment, current landlord and assessing affordability, this charge also covers the amending and agreeing terms of the AST contract.
